P.S i dont recall ever seeing a race prep Countach.

I think the Rain-X JLOC one I posted is the only Countach racer, which competed in the 1994 Japanese Grand Touring Car Championship against the GT1 cars. It never won any races and as such was not even in the top 5 for the championship, utterly dominated by the Skyline GT-R and Ferrari F40. Competed in 4 out of 5 races (wasn't even finished in time for the Fuji race). It was based on the 25th Anniversary model and was mostly stock, but had new safety features, suspension and bodywork, with a slightly tuned engine producing 550HP. JLOC (the team that ran it) replaced it with a Diablo for the 1995 season.
