Credits not appearing? (PSN Preorder)

So I downloaded the game earlier today and had to wait until 12 to be able to play it. I got all the 20 cars, but the 1 million credits aren't there. Will I get them after I do some races or did I do something wrong? I have the Special Edition bought in the PSN store, so I know I should be getting the credits.
 
I had a hard copy and had the same problem until I downloaded the first update 1.01 and then the credits came after.

Here's the kicker. I downloaded and installed the 1.01 patch. It's still not in my account after two times of resetting my console. Not that you need 1 million credits with 20 cars already in your garage, but hey... I'd like what I was promised.
 
Did you guys enter a code in the PSN store?

My hardcopy has a voucher which clearly states you should go to the store and enter it.

It even has an expiration date printed (31-02-2018/02-31-2018)

I got the digital version, and that didn't come with a voucher code. I checked both my inbox on the PS3 itself as my regular e-mail. No codes anywhere.

Mmmmm, sounds like some people need to contact support.

It is :indiff: Strangely enough I do have my 20 cars as well as the avatars and the 15th anniversary racing suit. No idea why the credits didn't go through but if it's not fixed by next week I'll contact support. If i'm not the only one with the problem then i'm sure there's an error on PD's/PSN's side

...And in "Download list" at PSN I have voucher for helmet&suit but downloading it didn't help :(
...In the "Status" menu I see that I have 3 items in "Helmet&suit" category, but in fact in "Helmet&suit" menu they are missing

You don't have the "Special outfits" tab in the Helmet&Suit category? That's where I can find my anniversary racing gear. It doesn't show up as a separate helmet and suit but as a whole.

I see the problem...In the PS3 menu in "Data management" there's a file of GT6 which is 28 kilobyte for me. File contains info of activated gifts, there is no info for racing gear for me.
I deleted it. After that all anniversary content has gone from game.
Then I re-download all vouchers from PS Store (not from "download list" but from "download" button in the window with GT6 description). Right now I have new file in the PS3 menu in "Data management". And it contains info about racing gear but one pack with cars is missing right now. Strange file. And in the game special racing gear is missing again...and 5 cars are missing too :(
As for 1 million credits....it looks like we need a voucher for it
 
The hardcopy comes with a code that I cannot redeem, says it's invalid.
Trying to contact the phone number printed on the voucher but they don't pick up. :(
 
Uninstalled the game, deleted that small file, downloaded all vouchers one by one, checked after each download that small file - right now it has info about 7 vouchers (5 for car packs,1 for paints, 1 for helmet&suit), no duplicated info in it (as previously
Downloading 15 GB for game. Stay tuned
 
It seems that people are having trouble redeeming their PSN credit purchases and the 15th Anniversary cars as well.
 
Uh, reinstalling game didn't help :( I'm even tried to run v.1.00 with my previous save, but racing gear & credits didn't appeared for me.
 
Did you guys preorder from GameStop or from Amazon? The Amazon preorder was supposed to be 5 of the special cars and 1 million credits, but I have yet to see either. My box didn't come with a code, and it seems like nobody except for me got it from Amazon.
 
DEP98, which vouchers do you have in "Download list"/"My downloads" at PSN Store? Is there any voucher for 1 million credits?
And please look "Update History" option (press triangle) for GT6 file at "Game Data Utility" at PS3 menu - does this file contains info about 1 million credits? Mine is not
 
Similar, but very different problem here.
I ordered an Anni version (boxed) which should incl 2x bonus packs (precision and adrenaline)

Both codes not working.
One gives the same message I got while trying to activate the anni code before friday
The other says "code already used"

Slightly dissapointing...
 
Anniversary edition must contain 25 bonus cars not 10 AFAIK.
Agreed that non-working codes is another problem, but disappointing too
 
My wording wasn't clear.

The store stated I should get 2 bonus packs on top of what was included in the Anni edition

Up until the 3rd of December the Dutch site mentioned 1 million credits for the Special Edition preorder. They've changed it when the game came out.

EDIT: From now on i'll be taking a picture of the preorder bonuses whenever I order something.
 
I hope it doesn't sound like I'm doubting you because I promise I'm not. The reason I posted the link is because I ordered the Special Edition and I honestly can't remember any mention of the free credits, I'm not saying it didn't but I can't remember them. Let me check something though.

Oh, no, it doesn't sound like that at all. I'm just providing details as to why i'm still expecting that 1 million credits. Famine has shown me that there was no mention of 1 million credits as a bonus for the GB PSN store even before launch, so, like I said to him, I just guess someone messed up while making the description in Dutch. That, or they got called back by Sony HQ and now act like they never promised it.
 
Again, I'm really not saying that it didn't but these are the pre-order details from the PlayStation Blog.There is a section that mentions how to spend a million credits but that's in reference to credits you can buy. This is what it says about the Special Edition and pre-ordering it.
In addition, from launch at retail you’ll find a new option for building your ultimate fantasy car collection in-game credits will be purchasable through PS Store or your friendly local retailer at the following denominations: 500K, 1 million, 2.5 million or 7 million credits which you’ll be able to apply in-game for cars and parts. To know how much your credits will get you, take a look at the menu of choices. For 1 million credits you could get all the cars below.

I received my 1mo credits randomly - a day after registering the code and receiving cars and rest of gadgets (avatars and stuff), after a couple of game starts... very strange but at least it somehow found its way to me :)
