Owned Racing gear is equipped in your garage, NOT in the Tuning and Services section. That's just where you initially buy them from.

As for money - my friend has hard-copy of game, and for bonus credits he entered a PSN-code, after restarting a game he received money. But if i'm right, voucher for credits didn't appear in "My downloads" for him in PS Store. I think that all downloads from Store must be in this list for reserve use as download history.

Offtopic. So sad that in garage there is NOT sorting for mileage of cars

According to the PlayStation Store this is what's included with the Special Edition, there's no mention of free credits.

Checked this in my Store. May be Sony changed description...but I think that mention of 1 million credits was in description earlier. But I remember that when I saw at 1st time price of Special Edition some weeks ago in PS Store it was strange to see that it's cheaper for 15$ than hard copy of Anniversary edition. Today 1 million credits with microtransaction costs 12$. May be that's the point - I just have cheaper version from PSN but without 1 million
