anyone have any idea on settings for this wheel? i can't get a good feel going in GT6 compared to my G25 i used in GT5.

it just wobbles like **** in a straight line. i've changed steering option to simulation in game.

any settings you guys are using that make it playable would be great because at this stage im just gonna stick to a bloody controller :(

This is probably just a matter of you needing to adjust the CSW wheel settings.

For example, if I run with my GT5 settings on GT6, it's nice and smooth, but if I run with my F1 2013 settings on GT6 the wheel shakes like crazy!

Since you may be a brand new user (or they may be some others who find this) I'll provide some detail further below on who to make the adjustments and what they each do, but for the already familiar, here are 2 different setups which you can try, and maybe manipulate into you own preference. Note that increasing linearity/deadzone is generally the way to reduce the wobble, and not much is needed in GT5/6.

The first one is mine with "Simulation" in game setting. Suggest you adjust FFB in game and not on wheel (unless you really want it stronger obviously).

SEn: off, FF: 100, Sho: 100, AbS: 75, Lin: 20, dEA: off, drI: 0, For: 100, SPr: 100, dPr: 100. In Game FFB = 10.
SEn: off, FF: 100, Sho: 100, AbS: 55-85, Lin: off, dEA: off, drI: off, For: 80-140, SPr: off, dPr: off. In Game FFB = 10.

If you aren't familiar with how to make these adjustments (and to store multiple setups), this is done on the wheel itself, displayed on the ### LED - see this link for help if you aren't familiar with how to make these changes, fast forward to 930 of this video - same principal applies to the F1 rim):
Also, here is a link that describes what each of these settings adjusts (so you don't have to listen to the guy for 5 minutes - although it may be interesting to hear an alternate explanation): http://us.fanatec.com/index.php?route=support/faq/details&id=36

If all of these still seem way off and shaky, make sure you have the latest firmware installed on the wheelbase (v037). You can find this on Fanatec's product page for the CSW wheelbase in the downloads section, along with help on how to do this. Note that the current loaded firmware is displayed on the LED when you turn the wheel on (i.e 037), so you can check that easily way.

Hope that helps.
