Just kidding about DK (drift king) but my question is, are there any wheels that have an e-brake?

I was wanting a G27 but I did more research and there's no e-brake
so how would you go about drifting with these wheels? do u really have to press O or whatever button u assign it? because it sounds really hard to press a button while turning the wheel

My friend and his dad were able to mount an e-brake on a driving force pro.

One of my friends also made a tutorial on putting an ebrake on the G25

oh yeah?
Alright cool, yeah if I could find the tutorial that'll be great.

I can just go to a junk yard and get an e-brake

Buy a hydraulic handbrake lever, a reed switch and abit of wiring and make an e-brake for as G25/27 wheel and pedals by tapping into the circuit board on the shifter unit

Its what I'm doing over the Christmas holidays for my setup

You can use 2 controllers and a wheel. It's quite easy to concoct a lever you can pull that presses in on one of the analog buttons. Bind the analog button to handbrake, and voila, pressure sensitive handbrake with no soldering or taking apart of wheels.

this was something which i had a great deal of problems with when i started drifting using the driving force pro. I have now adapted a technique where i only use the shift paddles for gearing and i use the shift stick for handbrake. the hard part is always knowing whether the wheel is upside down or not to shift up. I still use the shift stick to shift down. takes some practice but works perfectly for me.

Unless you have a custom cockpit setup I don't see why or how they would incorporate an e-brake in the wheel packages out there.

Going to have to be custom; if you are limited in space as I am, settling with the steering wheel buttons isn't too bad.. The clutch play is more than enough simulation for me from my couch :)

How did you bind the gear stick to handbrake, I havent seen any settings for changing what the stick on a wheel setup is bound to.
