I don't know what was wrong with people, but the carelessness of the drifting was over the top. The fact that it's a matsuri doesn't mean people should drift with their eyes closed.
Besides that, there were to many mics on imo.
But, thats just my opinion, do what you want with it.

The knock out battles were sweet! Grats to Moto for winning!

Well done Decoy for some stunning runs in the Bluebird, real good to watch.

For those who weren't there, all drivers parked up side by side, 2 at a time do 2 laps, switching lead on straight, looser spectates. Definately hoping to run some more of these, likely at the next Matsuri which hopefully wont be too long away!

there were to many mics on imo.

Just noticed this...

The Matsuri is what it is BECAUSE of the mics! It's a meet for friends and any one else who wishes to come have a drift and a laugh. Being sat in silence I would be bored as hell, but talking to jimmy,alex,cere,snipezz,blitz and moto it's awesome fun.

+ you can't beat shouting "One More Timuuu!!!" in my best Ken Namura style

I kind of understand where Gonales is coming from with the mics, cause on every Matsuri there always seems to be alot of non-stop screaming and shouting in the mics. It feels like I'm suddenly being placed in the middle of a hectic kindergarten sandbox session.

A little more civilized talking and conversing with eachother wouldn't hurt! Like at the last track we went to, (Autumn Ring Mini Reverse) that was great fun because there wasn't non-stop screaming from everyone. And the "wall run challenge" was good fun!

Hard to explain really, but it doesn't center at all, the force feedback is dodgy and if I smoothly turn the wheel, the front wheels in the game are jumping all over the place

Not really sure what wheel to get though... Probably the dfgt.

Edit: WOW! DFGTs are only £130... That's just too tempting
