daily mileage will not reset

I have same problem - daily workout stuck at 102km for 3 days now. No free car for me since, every time that I drive for enough daily distance for complete daily workout, want to back to main screen (moment that I should recieve free car) - stuck at save screen, saving circle is spinning and spinning, and have to restart game

Today I managed to get a free car. I had to do both suggestions in that is to clear the data in settings storage In the playstation menu. Then I had to clear the cache under Gran turiso menu options network delete temporary data. it all worked together with a good wireless signal. maybe luck idk but it worked this time

I tried the same with no luck, unfortunately. My daily mileage resets to 0.0 on main screen and stuck on this. On "after race summarize" it's ok, game is adding and suming daily distance, but after returning to main menu it's still 0.0, and no free car for me, even if I do enough mileage. Also in "my profile" menu all past daily distances are at 0.0
Is there any way to ask Polyphony Digital directly?

Mine is stuck at 39.1 km and won't add new kms. This is a bug i think gtsport programmer should see into this.

Go to options then under global Select Network then delete temporary data.

It happened again just right now at this moment but i cleared the cache again and it worked again. Man this is serious .. the programmer must solve this problem. I bought ps4 pro last month specially for this game only.

I didn't even think this was still an issue anymore because its been so long since anyone has mentioned this problem. I do not know a permanent fix for it. Mine just started working normal again on its own.

for 3 days after racing the game will add the mileage from a race to my total daily mileage; however after I exit the screen that adds my point to the totals in the top right of the screen, it'll go back to 12.7 it never keeps the added mileage or resets. I dont know what to do or where to post this any help is def. appreciated. and I'm sorry if I am not posting this in the righf area. tell me where to post this and I will fix.

I've got the same problem right now it won't rest at all it's been getting higher and higher for weeks now. it's at 469 miles and I don't receive daily rewards
