Daily race question

If entered a daily race and completed qualifying, with the waiting for the race to begin, do I have to stay in that "lobby" or can I exit out, complete some other parts of the game and be automatically put into the race when it starts? Hope this makes sense

I'm not exactly sure what your question is, but I hope this helps. You can qualify without entering the race. If you choose to do it that way you must exit and enter the race. If you are able to enter the race you may still have time to qualify. There will be a countdown clock there to tell you how much time you have left to qualify. If you have already qualified and choose not to qualify after entering the race you can just wait until the race starts.

Thanks, was mainly wondering with the time waiting for the race, do you have to stay in that section until it starts, qualify yes but can’t exit out and then be “notified” that the race will start and be the go back to the race lobby. No worry as their isn’t much time it appears to race times so can wait.

There is no countdown to the race if you just enter the qualifying section, but there should be. Very inconvenient. I've missed a few races because of that. Then I have to wait again.
