Sorry for the lack of competition on my part. Lots of meetings at work, trying to build a website, and food poisoning aren't helping matters.

I'll have a competitive time for next week's challenge (I hope).

meh, 1:17.959 was the best I could pull, and only about 6 of the 30 or so laps I ran could be called reasonably "clean" (in the 1:19's or 1:18's).
