All stock tune or stock tune with 473hp/1240kg. Tires? Racing Soft? Sarthe 2009 with chicane and no weather?

BTW: Daytona race is road course?

Stock tune, full downforce, 217mph tranny, and yes, racing Softs.

I am not running the North Loop or the Oval Circuits.

When u get a decent sized roster, maybe we could have a pre-season race so we can get all of our first race mistake out of the way,,doesnt have to be 2 hours, a 1 hour test race would be cool

I never ran those regs... I'll have to test them with the very limited time I have today.

My test race will be 25 lapper at GVS.
Figured I'd go here because a lot of people have issues at this track.

Preliminary Daytona Regs

LMP1
1'33.45
Bentley Speed 8: 591hp 900kg
Toyota TS020: 601hp 900kg
Peugeot 908: 621hp 930kg (150mph (241kph) out of bus stop on stock tune!!!)
BMW V12 LMR: 631hp 900kg
Audi R10 TDI: 700hp 925kg (A hell ride, but when controlled, HOLY $HIT!)

LMP2:
542hp 900kg

LMGTE
RUF RGT: 463hp 1240kg
Ferrari 458: 463hp 1240kg
Chevrolet Corvette ZR1: 473hp 1240kg
Dodge Viper SRT10 Coupe: 512hp 1240kg
Aston Martin V12 Vantage: 532hp 1362kg

Can't remember what target stock time was, but for LMP1 it was 1'33.45 on a first lap offline practice run, with stock LSD, suspension, and 217mph tranny as-per-usual.

I'll also be working on preliminaries for GVS, but I already have LMP1 regs tested and worked out. (Exacts are Bentley 591, Toyota 615, Peugeot 634, BMW V12 636, R10 TDI 698)

Bentley i got a 1:31.3 at daytona, so its a pretty decent time to try to aim for for lmp1

1'31.7 in the R10, but your 100% aided by that friggin' thrustmaster that just doesn't let controller drivers, more specifically, old schoolers, like myself, keep up pace period.

Its a wheel, and doesnt aid me, in most cases its harder because wheels have force feed back and feels like more wheel spin as well

Dont to worked up over it, they cant do anything with it without breaking some sort of law, so i wouldnt sweat over it

What they did alone was enough to get them in trouble. I know some kids that would do "it" when put into my place.

Can I just come up front and really say how much I actually hate this WEC idea? This isn't even my favorite era of Le Mans. Yeah, it would be cool to pull off, but two things. One: I'm American. I'm not Aussie, British, German, Mexican, Canadian, Brazilian, Japanese, French, Portuguese, Italian, Greek, Greenlandic, Icelandic, Dutch, Czeck, Irish Russian, or a New Zealander. This means that automatically, I can't run a decent series.
Two: Regulations tick me off beyond belief! The other series I actually have set-in-stone regulations are actually are pretty decent. This series I have to toss around regulations as if they are some type of plush toy. And no matter what I do with them, THEY SUCK! I test and test and test, and when I finally think I got them right, NO! THEY FAIL! I HATE IT!
Plus, if I switch over to the other thing, I'd have zero participation. I just wish that somebody that can and has actually hosted a decent series can just come and help me. I'd also want to have a vote on what would be better for the GT2 class...

Viper GTS vs. RUF BTR
or
Chrysler Viper GTSR Team Oreca vs. Chevrolet Corvette C5.R

Are you going to run the series? You said you hate it and isn't even your favorite era of Le Mans.
Changing cars? What wrong with ZR1?
That racing time is one thing that concern to me (sunday 1:00AM).

I can't get the regs to work properly no matter what.
I want to run my Le Mans 1998 series (found here https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=284005), which has much shorter races, decent regs, and a good baseline. The issue is that these cars are EXTREMELY unpopular, and all of the series ideas that are in now, I really don't like.

Ok. So this series is going to be cancelled and you're going to that 1998 series?

My vote is for race cars over street, but it doesnt matter because i dont race in the class, plus i like the gt/pro and am class over gt1 and gt2,, and personally i think your series is fine, you just need bigger names to join so they can have there friends from other series to join

Ok well ill do some testing tommorow, and make my desion, but can give a rough description of what tracks we will be running,,,,

Btw why you ending the wec series?

Everything can be found here. https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=284005

I'm ending this pathetic series because it is destroyed beyond recognition. Unfixable. Plus, when we think about it, only me, you, Carnby, ANTBUSTER, and some change would actually show up anyways. But that's for anything. I wish I could get a high-roller here, and get people into my series... which I think I deserve.
