It reads “Brauhaus Caledonia“.
Translated it's a traditional German beer cellar or pub and “Brauhaus“ a franchise here.

I don't know the name of the font, but if you just need these to create a style/livery there are some number decals that are already uploaded that look similar. Reyki (rejki_84) has both numbers, labeled as B-1 and B-7. You might be able to use those and layer some shapes with them to get them close.

If you search for "number" in the Decal showcase, these show up on page 10.

All the way back toward the rear, above the rear left tail light.
