I suppose we're basically looking at Shift 2 Unleashed with some polish, since the Madness engine would have been ready from the start.

There are times when democracy is not the right way to go.
They could have held a vote, and there's a 99% chance that it would have gone the right way. But given that there's an obvious right way and a wrong way, why bother? It needed to be delayed.
SMS are the ones doing the vast majority of the work, it's their call whether they're able to do that work in the timeframe provided or not.

Yeah I would have voted for an delay too if I would have been an WMD member. I was able to try Pcars by a friend yesterday. The physics were pretty good but the FFB needs still a lot of work. There were almost no or very less curb effects or any road and bump effects. At least I was not able to feel them after I got used to the AC effects. If they get the FFB right the game can become really good. Also there was an strong center effect.
He does play with an pad so I took my wheel and brought it to him. We used pretty stock settings and chose the 911 Porsche preset for my Porsche GT2 wheel. I´ve read something about FFB Tweak settings from Jack Spade but we were not able to find them in that short time period he had.

It has come to my attention on WMD that since the login has been lifted the game has been pirated. So I ask please can you not download pirated versions.

I know i shouldn't say this and hopefully i don't get in trouble. I did go ahead and try it and i have to say i am blown away. I was gonna purchase anyways, but you WMD members sure have put together something awesome. That's all i'm gonna say.

i already did. there wasn't enough there to tide me over until march. Just was curious and like i said awesome job you guys are doing. You've got 2 sales from me for sure. Even though you did already. For the time being its back to AC until March, but i'll be counting the days that's for sure.

Just one last piece of information for me to lose this curiosity: 0-10 classifie Project CARS (0- has nothing to do with a sim / 10 is a authentic sim)

From the little bit i tried I'd put it a solid 8.5 to 9. It will be on par with other high profile sims out on PC right now and by far the best on consoles. Thats just my opinion from my limited playtime, but you won't be dissapointed.
