I think if they manage to get that last bit of lag out and fix the crashes and other small issues in the next patch (there's an extra difficulty level coming too
), I think it would be a good time to release a demo of a patched Shift 2.
That way all those who were put off can try out the fixed game, and all those who never tried it can give it a go now in it's proper state. Surely that would get the sales rolling along again and bring back a lot of those who left early on because of the lag etc.
Actually I think more games should do that. Don't release a demo at launch, but do it after a few patches, then people trying it out that weren't going to by at launch get the best impression they can to base their purchase decision on.
