Your handicap still shows as less than 1.00, so he might have just made a mistake when he updated the registry for the new drivers.

And the issue hasn't yet been resolved...
I don't see why is this happening to me??? Of all people... seriously, what did I do to deserve this. Even worse, I'm D1S in the WRS site registry too now... this is gotta be a joke.
I seriously don't have the will to play GT5 anymore, let alone compete... what a bummer.
Don't have my peace of mind now, D1G is the only thing which pushes me to do well on GT5, without that I'm nothing. Please resolve this issue soon.

If you were actually demoted, I'm sure a WRS Admin would PM you to inform you of the change. Its probably a small mistake Vaxen made while updating yesterday. Hope you get D1G back soon.

There's a good few people in silver that could probably beat/challenge you, maybe Vaxen has done you a favor

I sent Vaxen a PM about this yesterday, and he has not signed on since this issue came to light.

I don't want to just change the registry, as the issue will likely reappear again when he does an update for new drivers or promotions.

It loos like a mistake to me, but let's see what he says before coming to a final conclusion.

We've alerted Vaxen to the error and we'll take care of the issue.

I'm going to archive this thread at this point as the admins are aware of the issue and looking into what caused it and will correct any errors (this may not be the only one). I'm sure there is no "irreversible" damage done to anyone's handicap and only a temporary glitch.
