Of the things you mentioned, only the tower is impressive, the others just require lots of time and money. I would be shocked if they made a street legal one off let alone bring this car into limited production.

5000hp sounds about right for a jet engine, which it looks like it could accomodate. Not sure about V16... Either way, you'd probably run out of fuel before you got beyond 250. And I guess you'd have to lay on top of the jet engine to pilot the thing.
