There is no setting for acceleration and braking sensitivity that I know of but I don't think the DFGT is that sensitive, just learn how to use them because I have never just "barley touch the brake" to where I've spun.

Not exactly what your looking for but IMO a must for all DFGT owners. https://www.gtplanet.net/modify-your-logitech-dfgt-pedals-for-more-resistance/
I never understood why wheels supposedly designed for the GT series have almost laughable options in GT while on the PC you can have complete control of every aspect of the wheel in the settings menu. PD was incredibly lazy when it came to supporting it's own wheels properly. For a supposed sim racer, you would think the wheel would have the same options for control that the PC has (and the wheel wasn't even advertised for the PC originally). I have the DF Pro and the amount of control you can have over this wheel on the PC is incredible. Sadly, no one will ever be able to experience these options in GT. Ironic.

Also, each time you boot GT5 or connect your DFGT to the PS3, you have to press once the pedals all the way down to calibrate them.
(PD really should add an option to fix the calibration once set)
