Its an amazing wheel for the price only let down is the pedal feel, I stuch 1/2 a sponge under my pedals and improved feel allot but is not so pretty haha. Loving this game with this wheel if your thinking about buying one just do it.

wanted to post this as a new thread but i cant since im a new user..
but

Anyone having problems getting the big red wheel on the
DFGT to work in GT5 to navigate menus?

I've tried rotating it, pushing the middle button in with no luck.
Tried in Aspec and B spec thinking it may only work in Bspec mode.

Anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
It's a brand new wheel and other than that it works
perfectly and im loving it.. but I like the idea of a dial to
navigate menus and i had tried it in the early GT academy demo
at a friends and it worked there...shame if its not supported in the final
build.

Same confusion here. Also the plus/minus button. Do they have any actual function ?

Are these better than the G27, just for GT5?

No, they don't have a clutch pedal and 6-speed shifter. Build quality is better on the G25 and G27 as well.

Still a very good, solid wheel though. Enough for the majority of players. I play with the previous generation GT DF (one without the spinny wheel adjuster thingys) and it is excellent. I use it for PC sims as well.

Think about the shipping tho, Amazon offers free shipping, Tiger Direct would be the same if not more than Amazon, also Amazon offers a better return and shipping policy :D

£80 at argos.

saw it online, reserved it and then had lunch.

went to the shop, grabbed it, came home and hello GT5+ wheel

Amazon has changed the price back to over £100 for the wheel now, it was £80
