DFP2 And Rallying with 900'

Hi guys,
Im pretty new at this site but have been playing all GT's since the first one cames out. I recently bought the new Driving force wheel and i find it excellent in GT 3. however the 900' on GT 4 has taken some time but im ok at it now. But i find driving on grand canyon neally impossible with the 900' is there a way to diable it even though i do like it for track racing.

Welcome to GTPlanet Dorifto_85! Press Select + R3 + Right Paddle Shifter to disable 900' mode. Not too sure how many degrees it changes to though...

Err... this won't help much, if you want to play this way you should stick with the older wheels because when you toggle 900 degree mode, it just make all the inputs fit into the 180 degree for this wheel and it doesn't behave like GT3's wheels. But if you use the old wheels, its so much easier to drive.

It took me some practice, but now I am able to drive/drift in 900 degree mode in the gran canyon, its hell of a work out on your arms! seriously. You just have to practice more and get used to how the force feedback works.

Actually, I think 180 works all right on the Canyon, it's just on tarmac courses that it has issues. I got used to 900 on dirt after a while, too.

Lets hope that when GT4 comes out there is an option to switch the wheel to 180 degree mode. "GAME OPTION", not hardware toggling for the 180 degree mode.

There is a difference. Plug in the old wheel and compare the DFP using 180 degree on a tarmac road.
