That's a textbook passing maneuvre on the part of the OP, he maintains full control of his car at all times, he leaves the entire track available except for the inside lane and you think they are both at fault? That makes no sense. The contact is entirely the fault of the other driver in this case.I'd say both are at fault. The other driver should've anticipated the attack more carefully, and baldgye should've braked later in order to be more in front of him. But the other guy was clearly more reckless, as seen with his push a couple of seconds after that corner.
