This spot is one of those location-specific ones. Normally when you see one of these EFs, they're either shamefully modified or a rust bucket. This one here was in excellent condition on the outside and looked as though it just needed a wash. Honda Civic EF:

The Pulsar is a good spot, the EF Civic (as much as I adore them) is not, despite the shape it's in.

Nope.
