So uh...attempted to photograph a W123 Mercedes-Benz somethingorother (sounded diesel-y, but I can't tell if it's a 240 or 300D) which turned out like crap.

Not asking about this specific spot, but are W123s in general worth photographing?

In that condition, I'd say yes, but not in worse condition. Although, I'm not sure how rare they are and I do like Mercedes.

If it's the oldest Mercedes you see then yes :sly:
But yes, I think it's worth posting. Late 70's, right?

I don't think the is300 is worth posting... It's nice but nothing really special about it.

Nah. I've seen one before and I found it boring.

This is300 any good?

That's actually the IS300 Sport Design Edition, hence the unique wheels, monochrome badging and tinted headlights/taillights. I have no idea what the rarity of it is.

Dammit, @Slash didn't take the bait. I only took a picture after hearing it. That thing was screaming down the road. The owner said he had a Turbo'd Mazda 2.6KL V6.

Nevermind he replied. Sorry for the disappointment @Slash

Have 2 questionable cars I need opinions on.
The first is a Cadillac XLR. According to Wikipedia, they sold just over 15k of them from 2003-2008. Based on the C5 Corvette... Never seen or heard of it before.

And... whatever this is. Datsun?

The bottom car is a Nissan Z31 300ZX and yes; they're both good spots. The XLR is a car I rarely see in general and it's a decent sports car.

You've never heard of the XLR?

These are all XLR's, some of them V's, that attend the annual Carmel Artomobila car show here. XLR's are not rare here in the slightest.

Edit: I'm not saying they're not good spots, just thought I'd say that. They're actually great spots if you're not in Indiana.

I saw an XLR yesterday and didn't bother taking a picture.. I think it's good enough but depends on the area?

Holy XLR's batman!

Can't tell if this is a good Corvette, or a base.

What is this?

I think it's a post, but what is it? A Chevy something, I know that. Nova is my wild guess.

Pontiac Firebird, nothing special.
Corvette looks like a ZO6 by the badge on the quarter pannel.

@Dagger311

Alright buddy, I'll help you here. The top is a C6 Corvette Z06, which is always a good spot. Although, I think your Z06 picture is a bit extra special since I notice a callaway badge on the back and Callaway Corvettes (if that vette is really a callaway) are usually very interesting corvettes. Also, the side vents shown there are an easy way to tell a Z06 from a normal C6.

The middle is a F-body, 4th generation Pontiac Firebird and yeah; it's not really special.

The bottom is a late 70s Chevrolet Nova, that's sort of alright I think.

and Beef, no more treeing me!
