Did You See Anything Good Today? 'Event and Showroom Edition'

I was in Monterey for a few shows during their Car Week in the run up to the Pebble Beach concours. SO MANY AWESOME CARS but I'll highlight one of the ones I came here for.

A 2001 BMW E46 M3 GTR road car. One of only six built and one of three still in this condition. The last time one of these was in North America it was for its world debut at the 2001 Petit Le Mans but even then it was only shown for an hour before shipping back to Germany. This was one of the most beautiful cars I've ever seen. Here she is waiting to be packed up after the final day of the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion at Laguna Seca. Something about seeing it in the paddock at a race track makes it that much better...

Do you have sticks as legs? Use your knees man!! Nah just kidding, but I would take the photos from a bit lower, I have the feeling I am looking down on the cars, but it could be me.. And photo 3, your own shadow is in there. Keep it up!

Saw this beautiful Corolla GTS at a local toyota dealership, i don't know if its for sale but the paper in the windows says that cars are for looking at only. It was manual and the interior was super clean but there was too much glare to take a picture of the inside.

Honestly, I expected this place to be bigger than it is, considering the epic history of the marque, but it's still very cool. I hope everyone of you visits this sacred place for Ferrari fans sometime.

But if you don't know what it is, it's the Godzilla which dominated Bathurst during it's racing career, which not many Aussies appreciated xD
