hmmm... I've taken pics of at least a couple MR-S's... they are indeed very nifty little runabouts. Wonder, must be plastic body, never seen a rusty one, but Noob's is quite shiny indeed. But somehow, after you've seen a few, they're not that impressive. Kind of like a Fiero. I'd take a straight MR-2 over an MR-S anyday, now. But I also understand if somebody wants to post an MR-S. They were in GT2, after all!

Edit: and there are no new MR-S's. They're all old at this point.

nyom nyom! yeah, the SW20 has been the most rare for me, too... took me forever to finally see one, many MR-S's and AW11's first. Though, I have to say, my favorite will always be the funny boxy original little 80's midengined runabout. What a stroke of genius and design bravery that was!

My favorite out of all the MR2's generations is the AW11 as well. It was my first car in Gran Turismo 2.

I questioned whether or not I should bother posting this one, but a Ford Granada Scorpio 2.9i with an original RS body kit and alloys is an unequivocal rarity. Never saw one in the metal before today.

Love the GT6 and I feel like I shouldn't like the Ford but I can't helping think it has some 80's OTT cool to it.


And the 911 has a hideous aftermarket rear bumper and wing doesn't look like a Porsche factory one.

Cheers. 👍 The app gave me the year and engine size, but not the exact model for whatever reason. Though I knew as soon as it showed up as an '89 model that it wasn't a Turbo, let alone an S.

Well, had my mind blown today, but we'll get to that. 66 and sunny, just a Tuesday, but...

spotted early, on my way to work. also took a little break from work to spot for 10 minutes. then said screwit, I'm getting out of here, see you guys tomorrow! and spotted a bit before dark.

on the way to work, first thing I see makes me turn around and chase, for the first time in a long time, glad I caught up! year?

And here's the mind blowing part. A couple blocks up from my new job I've been eyeballing a spot where I can park and walk over to get a good view of the shoreway expressway without any fences or anything, figured in might be a nice spot to wait and see what passes by. So, I park, walk over, scout around for a good angle and background, look up and start watching to see if anything interesting is going to show up, and within a minute



Boom! WTF?!?!??? Mind Blown. I actually jump in the air right after this shot and hoot and holler. Then I notice he's pulling off... next thing I know I'm doing 60 in a 25...



dangit, the left side of my camera's screen is busted, so sometimes it hard to tell where it will cut off...

and I guess I'll put these here... in my 10 minute break I went back to that spot and tested action shots...





Edit: yeah, as I've siad, playnthru's tastes are not everybody's... an Eclipse here is always hated on, and a Chevelle? But, he also catches a lot of good stuff. Especially the Z31 1986 300ZX!!!!! (my car)

Modded cars are nice, but the Tasteful modifications thread is where I put my good ones, and you know where the bad ones go... Still though, it's nicely modded, and I personally don't mind it, but others may.
