Hope this isn't against the rules, but thanks to my handicap, it's a bit difficult to spot something in the wild.
Friends of us recently bought this 1977 MGB:

What's special about it, is its machine. It has a 3.5l Rover V8 with 137 HP.
Gorgeous ride, pictures don't do it justice!

Epic post! Two E30's, a Evo1 190E, the Forester (awsome spot), that Citroen... Just epic

Yeah, I was pretty surprised and excited, my first two sightings of an E30 M3 both in the same day! for M's, that leaves me now only the M1 and the 1 Series M to spot. And then first Cossie 190E. And R8 bombing a Huracan. And the Forester I wondered about... looks like an STi but those were Japan only, so I'm guessing someone heavily modified a US XT spec into an STi. And the G-Wagen pickup, love it when I have no idea what something is. Pretty great day.

I've seen quite a lot of 2014 stingrays and Maserati Gran Turismo S around my area. Went down to Walmart and when I left I caught my eye on a blue stingray parked behind a bank I believe. I also sawed a black el camino earlier yesterday while at methuen.

Unfortunately I have no pictures of these cars. Sorry if this bothers a few people since I didn't have my IPod Touch with me yesterday.

I wonder how many nice cars registered in Montana actually live in Montana. In most cases, it's done to avoid the higher taxes of other states.

Sooooo many out of state (or out of country, even) cars around here now.

The theme of the day is black sedans with quad exhausts.

A Camaro in England?

That's the ninth, maybe tenth Camaro I've seen this year. That includes at least one from each generation, although four of them were show cars.

It's also nothing compared to seeing a Panda (a 4x4 model no less) in the US.

I believe that is actually a 1968 Pontiac Firebird you spotted. Possibly a rarer spot compared to a Camaro in the UK.👍

Ah. That explains the different taillights (and the hood shape, now that I see it). Guess that bumps my Firebird count up to five this year. Most of them being third gens.

And it wouldn't surprise me at all if first gens were more scarce here than their Camaro stablemate.

Not much, but I think it's okay.

Last night, I took a better picture of the Chevrolet S10 SS. There were less than 3,000 made each year when it was in production. So, it's sort of rare.

Today, I saw this F-150 Lightning at a gas station.

I then saw this '67/'68 Mustang Fastback that's in the process in being restored and there's an old car in the garage there. I didn't take a picture of that because I think the owner was in there. I basically got shy and walked away.

Last, I saw a Dodge Charger SRT-8.

Out here for a while, though only in SF for a few months... As you can see, spotting is crazy compared to what I'm used to (Cleveland, Ohio.) Trying to take advantage of my time here since I won't be here forever.

Spots from the past several weeks

Wasn't gonna post this but I like the photo so why not, at work

I've done it, I've gotten my first wild spot of an Aston Martin. It was a result of me waiting at the longest stoplight ever and I saw it pass by and noticed it went in the same old shopping center that's a couple of miles away from my house. As soon as the light turned green, I immediately drove across the intersection and took a left into the entrance and drove through the maze of parking lots until I got to this one and there it was.
