I don't know how widespread they are in the rest of Europe, but it had a limited run of 10,000 with a few hundred reaching our shores. I've seen at least a couple dozen over the last half decade.

Seeing as it's a collaboration between two Italian companies, I wouldn't imagine them being an uncommon sight over there.
