on my way to work yesterday, big surprise as this is strictly a classic-car part of town. well I keep saying that, but now I've spotted in the past couple weeks a GranCabrio, DB9, and Bentley GTC, and a while back a AMG GT-S here... could be changing demographics?

get into the Zone! lol, we get a lot of classics here, not many exotics. a guy in his Land Rover needed help with his license plate bolts yesterday and had me look up wipers for his Ghibli. As it turns out, we don't have Maserati in our database, lol! Or Ferrari, Aston, Bentley, or Lamborghini. We do have Porsche, however. Had to use google to find the right size blades for him.

ID? local shop I pass on my way to work, cool guy runs it, and races Mazdas. Looks like he got tired of rebuilding the rotary on his FB finally and swapped it for a NA Miata. Dirt track time trial stuff. Always has classic cars he's working on (they tend to stay there a loooong time, lol,) first time I've seen these two there so I stopped for a couple quick shots.

and finally got around to uploading a few of my older spots from this summer (it's been really slow spotting lately, rainy and low 60's doesn't help... but even on perfect weather Fridays and Saturdays it's like 10 miles between spots...

Today I tried out my new cheap ($65) pocket digi, Sony DSC-WX80, has a CMOS sensor for a change, and I'm really looking forward to trying it in low light (12,800 max ISO.) Also 8x optical zoom will come in handy (better than the 4x I had.)

That's why I was like huh, kinda cool. No editing whatsoever, new camera, just stuck it out the passenger window as I was passing at 40mph when I noticed the Maserati there, and this is the result.
