I can help you with that. There's 3 dots next to the video button (what looks like film & picture), you click that. Then you'll see 5 options appear, you want to click on the icon that looks like an eye with a slash. That's the spoiler tag. After clicking that, it'll ask you to enter a title. I would just put cars myself and then hit "continue". After that, you just have to place your pictures in the spoiler tag.

Oh, you're using mobile. My bad, I should've asked first and probably guessed.
In that case, tap the dots next to the picture icon, you'll see the eye icon with a slash on it there.

I don't consider myself a particularly lucky person, but the chances of seeing one of my all time favorite cars, a Porsche 997 GT3, in my favorite color choice (Cobalt Blue Metallic) on the road is seriously low, even luckier is that my friend took this picture as I am driving the blue Ford in front of the 911.
