Wow, great spots on the Wiessmann and the X-Bow! đź‘Ť

Also, I'm loving the wheels on the Vanquish.

Love the M3's and the Boxster :D:tup:

Thank you, mate!

Alex nice selection there. I actually saw a couple of Weismanns at the Top Gear live event but was so offended by their ugliness I didn't photograph them, still good spot on the road though! I know there's an Xbow around HK somewhere, will keep my eyes peeled.

From Saturday, Sunday and today

Subaru Baja, not all that common and still just as awkward looking

I don't know, if someone else does please let me know, it looked like a Studebaker to me.

Dodge Rampage, I haven't seen one of these in years.

Datsun 240Z. Love those things. đź‘Ť

EDIT: Can't tell if the blinkers are inside of the grille, may be a 280Z. Or a 260Z... Damn, my memory isn't working properly.

Looks familiar, but a view of the front would have helped, and I don't think it's a Studebaker.

Doesn't necessarily have a bigger engine, just a hopped up one...it is a Baja Bug after all. Too bad it was made from an oval window, maybe it had too much damage to fix.

They are inside the grille.

Here's another picture with more front.

Thanks, Joey.

Ok, then it's either a late model 260Z or a 280Z, if the bumper has that sort of accordion style thingy on the sides.

Can I? Can I?

Yeah, why not. Even if I hadn't driven it I would have taken a photo of it anyway, as they look cool and aren't exactly commonplace:

Apart from that, the only other niceties I've seen recently are when I've been driving and it's been unsafe to start snapping photos.

Cool thanks đź‘Ť! After reading up about that I found it to be quite interesting.

It took me a while, but I looked through my collection of pictures from car shows and found one turned into a vintage gasser (and lucky for me it had a For Sale sign on the window with the name on it).

I'll see your red FTO and raise you a pair of dodgy side-skirts...

Another nice car in my village, this time an awesome Autodelta 147 3.7 GTA, pumping out 328hp or maybe more. There used to be a new JDM Civic Type-R parked in this spot. Owner has possibly changed cars.

YESSS I remember going there for my last euro trip. My aunt lives an hour or two away. My dad said their maybe a few cars. Literally as we walked out of the car park, a Gallardo stopped for us at the zebra crossing, then literally 5 steps away was a 360, and in one of the piers (actally looks exactly where the Lambo LP was) was a Vanquish, a Murcielago and Zonda. (keeping in mind I went in 2004 - so the faster renditions of most weren't out).
Man that is an Uber place to take snapshots for this thread. I'd love to go there again.đź‘Ť

Isn't it only like half an hour to an hour's drive the the Ascari owned racetrack? Its not far from Ronda - that might be a good place to catch some more cars.

Nice, a carbon bonnet too. That's not an Autodelta bit I don't think and nor are the wheels, the owner has taken a modified car and done a bit more modifying by the looks of it! Autodelta Alfas are great though. I'd be very tempted to pay them a visit if(/when) I ever owned an Alfa.

Thanks everyone, but now I think Puerto Banus is in decline for car spotting, the last Koenigsegg or Zonda seen there was well into last year, Dubai, Los Angeles, Monte Carlo, and London are 'where it's at' now.

Last weekend I saw a R32 Skyline when I was riding along. Left me standing still, though, I have only 5hp

Welcome to the forums. I don't want to immediately jump down your neck, but we request that any "spots" in this thread are backed up with pictures. It keeps things interesting and in this day and age, virtually everyone has access to a digital camera somehow or other. Even if it's a crummy phone pic we don't mind! đź‘Ť

LA is boring...

Some areas are, but down at Newport Beach and Laguna area = win for exotic cars

What do you mean, now? Dubai, Monaco, & London have been exotic spots for years now.

I know, I don't mean they are new areas for cars  I may be an idiot, but one thing I am NOT, is an idiot. :grumpy:

:D

Seriously though, today in the silverstone visitors car park there was a white Ferrari F430 16M Spider, it was stunning, and I left my camera phone at home  i'll see if I can get it tommorow.

I'll try to get a photo some day when I get my bike working so I can get there where it is occasionally

Chill around Silican Valley, or on any main street in SF you will get just as many exotics as LA... LA is mostly pimped out Bentleys and Lambos...

Or just take a cruise on down to Monterey and Carmel... instead of your garden variety modern exotics, you'll be treated to an abundance of some truly rare, extremely valuable, and very special automobiles. đź‘Ť
