Get this I was at the mall today...picking up GT4 (yes I must mock you all). It's snowing really hard and its cold, nasty, and just plain icky out. Well I pull up to one of the enterences and what do I see? One of the Benz G-Wagon things with 24 inch rims on it, and it had AMG badging on it. It was black and in the snow it looked sweet. I want one.

A yellow CGT and yellow Enzo... side-by-side. Sweet.

Vanquish S...
A few 360 Spiders
Two 355 Spiders
996 GT3
Quattroporte
Maserati Coupe
M3
997 S
etc etc :P

One of the desks at work overlooks a roundabout, and rarely a day goes by without something rare and/or expensive going past. It's also next door to one of the main BMW dealerships in Britain, so a lot of old Beemers are out there too (2002 turbo, 507 etc.). Most recently I saw a Lamborghini Diablo and 2 Bentley Continental GTs, but what really caught my eye (only becuase I hadn't seen one before) was a pre-facelift Vauxhall Corsa convertible.

There was also a Ferrari 360 CS in the high street on Wednesday.

I saw a silver Elise being flatbedded behind a Suburban on the way back from lunch.

Probably no big deal to anyone outside North America, but it was the first time I'd seen one in person.

Me wants.....

I pulled along the Suburban and gave the guy a big thumbs up. He just smiled back the way a truly satisified owner can.

i love it when that happens, rather than people just being anonymous jerk-os on the roads 👍

this raises a good point, i go to school in south kensington in london. which is one of the richest suburbs in one of the richest cities in europe. in my 10 minute walk from the station to the school, i can always count on seeing at least two-three 911's, and at least a ferrari or something worth in excess of $200k once a week too. which means all the 'common' cars such as bentleys, m5's etc, are simply not worth a second glance. if the cars are driving then its pleasant to listen to the engines sometimes. not if its a 360 though (worst sounding engine ever imo) :yuck: [btw roo was the 360 cs, loud?]

so instead u notice 'rare' cars, it doesnt matter if they are crap or not, but you notice them if they are rare. like that corsa convertible roo mentioned!

yesterday i saw:
911 gt2, murcielago, 360 spider, and a gto twin turbo that had a modified exhaust.

BMW 7L

anyone know what that is? looked like a 7 with all the body parts stretched. not just a bit added to the middle, but everything stretched :nervous:

'common' cars such as bentleys, m5's etc
Bastige!

I saw a Honda Acorrd that looked well tuned. Ok it had HKS on the side but the exhuast sounded more performance than fart can and the body kit was subtle.

Porsche 911 Turbo
BMW 645i
BMW X5 4.6i
Audi TT

That was down a small street. I don't really live in a rich area. There's normaly another Porsche 911 Turbo as well. 👍

BMW X5 SPORTS
Not much today. :(

Hummer H2
There are so many H2's where I live. Today I saw a stock Trueno. Like stock. Some old lady was driving it. Yesterday at my cousins house I saw a stock S13, and our uncles 79 or 73 Corolla.

Red Ferrari Testarossa.

Moved in 6 blocks away. Unfornately, the 1st 3 blocks come to a private neighborhood. :grumpy:

I was at the local BMW, Porsche, Benz, VW dealer this morning to pick up some parts at the service desk. As I wandered past the showroom, I saw a....

Porsche Carrera GT. GT Silver. Hard top in place.

I snapped some very lousy pics with my camera phone... then vowed to return with my less lousy Kodak tommarrow. I'll post pics as I get them.

A C5 ZO6, which may not seem like a big deal, but anyone who drives this car in the weather right now is just f'n nuts.

An Opel! Honest to God I saw a little hatchbacked Opel today. Sure everyone in Europe is like "big deal", but here in the states you very rarely see them.

They're uncommon in the UK as well!

We get stupid Vauxhall:(

In france, I passed a Bentley dealer, so

approx. 3x Bentley Arnage
6x Continental GT (One in super red:drool: amazing)
1x Continental R
1x Badly disguised Continental Flying Spur
