Digital 25th Anniversary Edition missing credits?

I wonder how much this varies by country/region?

I have the disc version and there are 2 codes inside the case:
1) PS4 version, Yaris, 1,000,000 credits, PSN Avatars, Soundtrack.
2) TOM'S Supra, Mazda RX-Vision Stealth, Porsche 917k, 100,000 credits.

I'm in the USA.

Same issues for me (I did post in another thread about it, but then saw this one). Bought the digital PS4 version of the 25th Anniversary Edition from the Playstation Store. Have the GR Yaris, the 1mil credits (I have only bought a Toyota Aqua so far and done one 1 race at Northern Isle and have 1,510,700 credits so not sure if I got the 100k or not), the Soundtrack and PSN Avatars, but no car pack.

The 25th Anniversary Edition is currently listed as Unavailable on the Playstation Store though, so maybe aware of the issues? Given it took quite a few hours to install, I really don't fancy uninstalling then reinstalling it to see if that will work

For anyone who bought the physical GT7 25th Annv. edition (in europe) check your email account. I received an additional code for the 3 cars and 100k credits from the seller. Note that I already had the 1million credits and the Yaris when I first booted up the game.

So like many I was straight on it at midnight, get into the main game and first thing that pops up are my extra pre-order/anniversary cars… but no pre-order or anniversary credits received, so I’m thinking Ok, maybe I have to buy my first car or win my first race to get the credits to pop, I do both of those and still no pre-order or anniversary credits.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Yes I am. I received less that the allotted amount of the 1.5 million. Is kinda weird with my current credits. I have about 1.1mill

Same here. I called Sony technical support for some answers: They told me to restore my license 1st and LOG out of my account, wait 5 mins and log back into my account.
unfortunately, NO fix. Still the same.
He said to call back on Monday, closed for the weekend.

I purchased the digital deluxe edition and it gave me the standard edition. It want even let me download the digital deluxe version.

So I couldn't figure out why I got the cars but not the credits, then realised its because I use 2 profiles on PS5, I have been using a different profile to my main profile so far on GT7, which did receive the cars, but not the 1600000 credits. I've just logged in under my main profile, that profile has received the credits, which is a bit of a pain as I have started playing through the game on the other profile (600miles+ already) and going to stick with it, so have sort of lost out on the credits through not using my main profile, not the end of the world though, just glad I have realised why the credits hadn't shown up, as it was starting to bug me!

Same here, physical 25th anniversary. Redeemed the anniversary content, got the yaris and 1 million only, no 100k or 3 car pack. Super frustrating!

I have disk version on PS5. Came with 2 codes 1 works one doesn't but is essentially the same things except 100k bonus..so don't care to much that it won't work but kinda annoying. First code worked fine got my 3 cars, gr Yaris, million, avatars..not sure the point of the second code even if it did work.

I got mine buy clicking on the icon to buy credits from the store. When I backed out of there the credits then were added to my current amount.

The guy was a total beep, he asked me to send in game screen shot, then he said you have already receive you credits...
Well of course! I have been playing the game and earning credits lol.

My pre-order was the digital deluxe edition and I was 500,000 short of the 1.6mil.
Just got off with Sony AND UNFORTUNATELY for me no help with compensation for the remaining missing credits. however, I was offered a refund. I did not accept that offer thou....

14 hours played and 3 races to go to get my Sports license.
Nope for me.

What's worse, is that NOW it would hardly make sense. I bought the edition that I think gave you 100,000 credits, but now I have 258,000 Cr., and I kind of don't need them anymore. I needed them before but now they missed the point. That extra help for the beginning of the game has already been lost, and that is what I want to claim.
Still, I want those extra credits. I payed for them.

I bought the disc 25th edition but it didn’t have any codes in the case. All that was in there was the disc.
Check the manual online and is says the codes should be inside the case.

Had over 600k, upgraded a car, did the missions 3 drag race and all my credits are gone, tried another race got 14k for it but my credits stay on 0. Really off putting to say the least.
