A few games already do this. One I have made use of it in is PAIN. I will be on the PAIN site and inevitably someone will be stuck trying to do some sort of challenge. Someone else will then respond, saying that they just uploaded a video of them doing on You Tube called XXXX under the username XXXX. The guy looking for help goes and finds it and has a visual guide.Anybody else think this is going to turn out to be a bad idea?
Sure it will be cool to just hit a button and post your replay on YouTube, but imagine how many hundreds of thousands of crap videos will be posted.
Now, browse through the GT4 section and see how often "What car should I use in XXXXX race?" is asked.
For an example of this, some people on GTP suggested that unlocking Aftermath in PAIN (score 1.5 million in Downtown) was too hard, impossile, whatever it was, and so I went home and did it in the easiest way possible and tossed the replay on You Tube.
I also made a quick video of Noby Noby Boy to save me from attempting to explain it to people. I believe this falls into your crap videos definition, but I find it useful when the game is like an acid trip.
And of course, the other bonus us that those of us partcipating in GTP race events can upload our qualifier replays without need of fancy technical know how. All we need is a You Tube account.
