Yep.. Ive had no problems with it. Been using it for the past week now.;)

If you have the latest drivers for your video card and motherboard, then you should have no problems. I had it since Christmas and had no problems and a slight improvement in 3dmarks.

Watch. All of you have had no problems. I'll download it and have nothing but problems. :odd:
Watch out for some of your multi player games. I read somewhere that it wont allow you to play some multi-player games. But so far i have not ran in to any problems with games.

ive had it for a while now and havent seen any differnce in my games or pc.
it also took longer to d/l than the 111mb half-life sdk off fileplanet :odd:

What version did you download? You probably downloaded the version for developers to include with their software which is bigger than the normal version.

that must be an updated version because i d/l it just after it came out of beta testing into just dx9

You downloaded the wrong version.

You downloaded the DirectX 9.0 Redistributable version, which is for software developers to include with their products.

The DirectX 9.0 End-User Runtime (the one you should've downloaded) is only 8mb.

ha i got dx9 installed from the DirectX 9.0 Redistributable version
