Dirt 3 PC - Download only?

I just went to my local Best Buy and they had no listing for the PC version of Dirt 3. Has anyone actually bought a physical disc for PC anywhere today?

On a side note, Target didn't get the title for any systems it seems ...

Doesn't even look like Amazon is selling the PC retail box... At least steam unlocked this title at midnight I personally don't mind steam - but we're all screwed if they melt down!

I did, today. Problems is that it won't install properly. I'm trying to install it on this pc at this moment.

Well, Australia seems to have them. I pre-ordered the PC version from EB Games and they didn't say it's not available.
