Best way is to use fraps. With fraps you can strart grabbing shots with one key press by assigning and pressing a key on your keyboard, you can set it to take screens every 2 to whatever seconds you want while you play or you can watch a replay and take them individually. You can take pics individually while you're driving by having the keyboard in your lap but would be a bit silly, no?

Fraps just grabs whatever is on screen that moment, if you can steer and press a key on your K/B at the same time then go for it. The free version will take pics in BMP format which results in a large file so you'll have to save them into jpegs by using MS paint photoshop/GIMP.Irfanview

You can also press ctrl and printscreen and paste this into MS paint or photoshop/GIMP.Irfanview but this takes a while if you want to take more than handful.

Steam and xfire have screenshot apps but last I read on steam is that it doesn't work for Dirt 3, no idea if its been fixed.

Not very surprising if you consider Ken Block (and the target audience).
DC was/is very popular in the skating scene..

But hell yeah.. they should have taken more racing car sponsors/liveries.

although im taking away from the thread itself, i cant help but mention that DC is perhaps one of the most mainstream skate brands ive ever seen... with that being said, im more suprised osiris came into the game moreso than dc. but once again, what can i expect when the cofounder of DC shoes himself is the lead star in this game as well as a popular rally enthusiast?? xD

personally i would have enjoyed more racing sponsors as well (this coming from a skater) but i dunno, this whole 'put energy drinks and skate brands all over our cars' seems to actually sell this game to plenty of my 'skater' friends so i believe i'll just have to deal with it :l

Cheers mate, will do. How do these guys have no replay icon on their pictures?

Why is Flip a sponsor? Haven't you heard of the X Games? It would make perfect sense that when cars (moving billboards) were allowed into one of the biggest skating events in the world that all kinds of skate gear firms (DC, Oakley, Flip, etc) would advertise on them.

The game looks so much better on pc, and I want that white livery.

If you're wondering, the Delta's Liveries are as follows:

Exxon (The livery in these photos, and the stock livery)
Castrol Racing
NX Energy Racing
Hella Racing
BP Ultimate Team.

Just picked this up today. Not really a Rally person and I suck at this kind of racing but I picked it up just for the hell of it. It's definitely alot of fun.

I love the handprints when in the behind-the-head view on the dash. Right away you think ''Some serious rattling went on in there at one point''.

Never noticed the prints before. That's a nice touch. On a "flocked" dash, the material is basically directional so it catches light differently when moved one way or the other. Some synthetic suedes, corduroy and other materials do the same thing. You can see every time it's been touched, brushed or messed with in any way. A nice little touch of realism.

These turned out small. I think it's because I took them while on my small TV. :guilty:

Kinda lame you can't angle the camera how you want. unless there is a way and I didn't see it. :dunce:

True, there are a few superb touches in there.

Another is, if you're doing online with staggered starts on, try looking behind you when in Kenya - CM have a great heat-shimmer touch going on. It also passes the time if you happen to be the last to start :)

I really should stop looking at threads like this - too many excellent pictures that just make me want to go back in there and take more...instead of race :)
