Do you start races if not in pole position?

We've filled two pages now with our comments on a quite extraordinary question ... I'm honest, I'm waiting for some reaction of OP !

I find that getting pole and running up front can be boring most of the time. You pull away from everyone and are racing by yourself. On a few occasions you will get one person hanging with you.

I don't even qualify much anymore because its much more of a challenge to work my way up through the field and I get to race more people that way. Yeah sometimes I get knocked around by others who can't drive but I don't care because its all about having fun.

I sought of know the feeling, it's better to not climb the ladder than to climb the ladder and live in fear of falling off.

Never even thought about quitting. And now I'm even happy to go down in DR rating (from B) as it's a bit more unpredictable racing over there and it's more fun for me. LOL Also, as soon as I hit S SR I always happy to go down as well a bit.
