Came on here to see what people have to say about Wobble Type 1 vs Type 2, and have yet to see if any has pointed this out...
My observation:
Type 1 - Camera/Player View is static with the car, everything moves outside the window...
Type 2 - (which I like) The Camera/Player View is level with the horizon. So you can tell the roll/pitch/yaw of the car at any given time. You can tell/see/feel your suspension setup, weather they dive/too soft on braking, too high of a frequency/too bouncy, or track banks/tilts, if tires fell off pavement, or hitting kerbs etc... I suppose this is just my elaboration with what others say "more immersive."
I do wish you can set your preferred view on every car, coz they aint all the same, gaming setups aint all the same. Some cars i cannot drive in cockpit view while some are great and vice versa.
Offset Orientation seems to be more suited for like a super ultra wide screen, I assume (at least 2 person width where you can move your steering wheel left or right side, which i dont have to try) and looks weird on common 16:9 where you're always at the middle of it.
