personally I do because the online NASCAR experience is amazing and I want to see if PD can make that experience even better.
mrnascar242424aww they won't have the newer versions of the NASCARs (gen 6)?
if they don't I wont care, maybe a little, but as long as they are in the game!
EDIT: also where can I see when this page was made?
That isn't a full car list. The list at the bottom is just showing cars from 5 confirmed to be in 6. There is still a chance at the new models of the Nascar Cars because the full list of new cars hasn't been announced yet.
They're quite fun to drive, but adding 10+ NASCAR's of each year doesn't add anything for me, and only makes the impression they're trying to artificially inflate the car count by counting each livery as its own model.
I've always thought that liveries should be treated as paint colors, and there is only one purchasable car in the dealer ship, like 1 Chevy Impala NASCAR, and a paint scheme for each driver.
bs13Yes we want them included. It would also be nice to tune each individual wheel. I would like more oval tracks and/or the ability to easily create oval tracks. Being able to make a figure 8 would also be a bonus.
I wish they would also make a plain stock car that could be painted. I would also like one that is lighter and more nimble. All of the above would make the game more fun which the series desperately needs.
I don't want more ovals. I'd rather have more road courses rather than wasting development time and disc space on ovals. I'm fine with having an ability to easily generate ovals, though, and honestly it should be an easy thing to add, relative to the course maker we already had in GT5. A generic, paintable stock car would be good if we had a proper livery editor. In Forza, I have community replicas of several Sprint Cup cars as well as various liveries from Talladega Nights and from Days of Thunder.
I feel that most rovals (road course ovals) are pretty average, but that shouldn't stop PD trying their hand at making an original one. Or they could just bring back Red Rock Valley Speedway, that would be perfect for a stock car event.
How much development time and money has been wasted with all the PR events? Don't blame a form of racing you don't like. Put the blame with PD where it belongs.I don't want more ovals. ~snip~ Oval track racing is the predominant form of auto racing in the United States. According to the 2013 National Speedway Directory, the total number of oval tracks, drag strips and road courses in the United States is 1,262, with 901 of those being oval tracks and 683 of those being dirt tracks. ~snip~
