Calling it. Reigns wins superstar of the year. Don't say i didn't warn you :P;)
I know he will be. Rollins only became a 1 time champ. Reigns became a 2 time and is the current champ. That will be Vince excuse.

You can actually vote for anyone for Superstar Of The Year, Rollins, Reigns, Cena, Stardust, Miz, Slater....anyone!

It doesn't really matter who you vote for. Vince doesn't care about the results. It will be his favorite guy. The poll is there so that WWE keeps up that 21st century interactive appeal, even though it's all a lie. I don't have sources that this is absolutely true, but with Vince's control and how the polls never seem to reflect the fans actually desires, it's pretty obvious.

So the Slammys then, it was alright, a few deserved winners such as Rollins winning Superstar of the Year (he was there in person to collect it, whilst wearing a knee brace and on crutches) and Nikki Bella won Diva of the year, a few strange ones like Neville winning Breakout Star of the Year (Really?!) and The Usos getting tag team of the year over The New Day (Really?!)

In ring action was fairly light due to the awards dominating the show but the main event was a steel cage match between Sheamus and Ambrose which was good....

It was announced that John Cena will return next week and Smackdown is a live show tonight rather than being taped and shown on Thursday/Friday (that's when Xmas is), two title matches on the show, Ambrose to defend the IC Title in a triple threat against Owens and Ziggler and Tag titles on the line between TND and Lucha Dragons...

As Smackdown was live the E normally bring it, the main event was a triple threat between. Ambrose, Owens and Ziggler for the IC Title, could be worth a watch.

Owens and New day shoukd have won the breakout and tag team Slammys. How the usos who had half the team out for the year I don't know and that Hero in all of us award was just so they could give something to Cena.

Also, New Day/E&C interaction should've won an award.

I find it hysterical that while WWE is essentially crippled, NXT is putting everyone to shame. Shows who's in touch with the modern audiences. I'm praying that when Finn Balor gets called up, they'll actually book him good. Also, any bets on surprise returns on the Royal Rumble yet?

Daniel Bryan is my most certain return. Outside hopes for Tatanka and Lesnar.

Still not sure if he's cleared. And if so, you might want to hope Reigns holds the title all the way to Wrestlemania.

Watched Smackdown earlier and the main event was the triple threat match and it was good, Ambrose took a nasty bump to the back of his head and neck after taking a suplex from Owens, referee spent some time checking on him afterwards but he seemed OK, this is after he had six staples in his head after his steel cage match the night before...

I'm not really basing that on anything, I just think he is ready for the main roster...

He definitely is. I'm just worried he'll be doomed to a mid-card status like Owens and Neville.

Found some old clips of Dean Ambrose's former alias/gimmick Jon Moxley and I have to say, if WWE still had ECW with Heyman controlling it, the Dean Ambrose character would have not been existed and also, Jon Moxley is more psycho than Ambrose.

Latest Daniel Bryan News:

- WWE and Daniel Bryan are waiting for a THIRD doctor to medically clear him involving concussion issues that has plagued the superstar. He has already been medically cleared by NFL doctors in his home state of Arizona and WWE doctors concerning his recent rash of neck issues.

- If WWE has received positive word from this third doctor, they could simply be waiting for a big stage to reintroduce him. He could be held off for the Rumble, or even Wrestlemania 32.

- Rumor has it that Vince has given up on Bryan being a in-ring competitor again, opting to use him as an ambassador or in other non-physical TV character.

- Bryan does want to wrestle again, and may want to seek a buyout of his current contract, making him a free agent. Potential landing spots for the superstar would include TNA and Global Force Wrestling.

Mr McMahon got himself 'arrested' last night during a seg with him and Roman Reigns on Raw, he got taken to 'a local police station' but then return to set up the main event for next week which is Reigns putting his title on the line against Sheamus with him being the special guest ref...

Main event was Cena's return against Del Rio, beforehand Cena got on the mic and persuaded ADR to put his US title on the line, it was a good match until the League Of Nations predictably got involved, other news Sin Cara got a legit dislocated shoulder in a nasty spot in his match v Big E, Lilian wasnt there due to illness so they went old school and had Tony Chimel as announcer and Kevin Owens went mental and first attacked Neville and then attacked Ambrose and power-bombed through the announce table.

I'll be honest, the storylines right now aren't intriguing me in the slightest (the whole, Mcmahon getting arrested skit was really silly). Not even the Royal Rumble hype which has started because I think as we get closer to it, it'll be as predicteable as last years (and the year before)

There is always a bit of a lull at this time of year as there is always a five/six week gap between TLC and Royal Rumble so they need to fill at least a few weeks with stuff that doesn't mean anything and the Slammys, I actually have no real clue who will win the Rumble or what they are thinking of in terms or WM plans, who do you think will win the Rumble then? If you think it will be predictable....

It is merely a concern at this point as I think it will be more predictable as we get closer, so my theory on who'll win might change when we get closer.

But at this point I absolutely believe it is Brock Lesnar so it'll be Brock Lesnar vs Roman Reigns II. This time without a cash-in halfway through, because I think that is what WWE intended but they couldn't do it last year because of the fans hatred of pushing Roman Reigns. Now that some are accepting Roman Reigns, I think WWE sees this as an opportunity to try again, why else would they make Roman Reigns win the title instead of keeping it with Sheamus.

Of coarse it is a little to early and my prediction will change but I do think that next years Royal Rumble winner will be as clear as day before the event starts.

I think the fact that Rollins is injured has opened up a lot of options for Wrestlemania in terms of what the matches will be, will Lesnar be in the title picture by then? probably yes but who will Undertaker face? (if he has a match) and will it be his last match, what about Cena now he's back? what about Daniel Bryan if he returns?, we know the Rock will be there but will he have a match?, if so against who?

I'm not really predicting anything yet as it is a bit of a minefield IMO, but one prediction I will stand by is that Finn Balor will be an entrant in the Rumble, that's my only prediction....for now!

I know it will never happen, but can we get a main event on raw without the league of nations involved?
They are pretty much the top heels at this point, it is like back in 2010 with the Nexus.

You could always watch Smackdown, but since there is no brand split, Smackdown is now limited to pointless filler.

I reckon Smackdown needs some storylines where all the big events are exclusive to Smackdown. Have superstars mostly appear on Smackdown. Possibly even make Smackdown be the prime place for the Intercontinental Championship while Raw can be the home for the U.S Championship and the WWE WH Title can be in both places.

I just want a reason to watch Smackdown it used to be my favourite WWE Show during the Brand Split :indiff::nervous::ouch::grumpy::guilty:

Speaking of the LON, Wade Barrett is carrying yet another injury, I have forgotten what it is but I have read that it's pretty serious, he was in the 6 man tag match on Raw but you may have noticed that he was barely involved and he wasn't part of the LON's beat down of Cena in the main event, that was Rusev and Sheamus getting involved...
