Does g27 need software updates?

Silly question maybe but does the g27 need to be updated ever? I got mine used without the Logitech profiler cd it came with, but I only use it on ps3 with gt5.

Does it need to be plugged into a computer ever for updates or anything? Just wondering if I'm missing something by never plugging it in or not having the profiler disc?

If your gonna use it on pc then you need the disk. No updates for g27 wheel. You should be good to go on ps3

I'm pretty sure there is no way to do firmware updates to the G27.

Nope no need to get updates.

If you however decide to use the G27 on pc, you can download the gaming software for the G27 HERE and click on downloads.
