Wondering if this looks real to anyone, and if so, what should I be looking for? Or should I start worrying about a virus?

Main reason I asked was because the X image is rather grainy for an official error.

I just clicked the x to close them out. Was worried about clicking ok. So far no issues.

Should be fine then. Usually the viruses I encounter that have pop ups like that immediately jump you to a page that will constantly harass you.

You should always worry about viruses. However, that is a real error caused by running out of space in memory. Could be a memory leak in a program, a bug, or just not enough RAM to run said program. In any case, if you suspect a virus, I would recommend performing a virus scan on your system.
