After viewing a few drift vids I keep seeing the pit-lane entry at High Speed Ring being drifted, so I thought I should give it ago sometime. Anyway I kept putting it off and off because I thought I'd just keep messing it up all the time. Finally got round to doing it today and ace'd it first go, honestly its the easiest corner I've drifted.

I was using the Viper Tuned on N1's with stock settings except for a slight weight reduction. Come into the corner at about 60mph in 3rd and just keep it in the middle of the lane the whole way.

So after my awsome time drifting it,
I thought I'd ask you guys if you've been eyeing up any corners to have a go at?
What is the easiest corner for you to drift?
What corner can you just not ever get right?

Still can't drift banked corners though :guilty:

I thought I'd ask you guys if you've been eyeing up any corners to have a go at? - Not really, I drift all corners really.

What is the easiest corner for you to drift? - I don't really have an "easiest corner".

What corner can you just not ever get right? - It's not really a matter of not getting it right, but more of how I could improve on it. That would be the last corner of Daytona Infield. I would like to exit with more speed so I can extend my drift so it doesn't look as bad.

I know what you mean with that one, I would probs try getting a high powered car on N1's and changing gear straight after the right hander.

I always used to put off the High speed ring reverse but after trying it today it's good to drift on. :nervous::(London:(:nervous:

Nah it's not that easy. No one can do it, not even Stepmania :indiff:

I suppose it depends on how far you want to extend the drift, are we talking all the way through the banked corner here? Cus that would take some serious tuning and luck. It probs is possible though.

I'm just trying to extend it as far as possible. That's why I said not a matter of getting right, but improving on. In case were talking about a different corner, the one I'm talking about is the last on in the infield, just where you merge on the speedway.

never mind the hardest what's the easyest corner to drift, i can't drift anyways it's impossible

It's cause you keep saying that, that it's impossible. Once you get used to it, you'll realize it's very easy. Now my time trials have gotten slower, because I can't help myself from drifting!!
