Problem is - if you get out, you gotta get back in again.

Our plan is to get in, stay and then get out of Sydney - if it's the hardest market to get into, it must be the easiest to get out of.

yeah your right. im should stay here, quite neighbourhood (apart from the trains), get to watch the footy for free (local field over the road), no crime and big backyard. its the kinda place id feel happy raising kids in. not yet though

ahhh i dunno...i dont wanna be 40 when my first kid starts high school...but i dont wanna go bankrupt quite yet.

i dont think its healthy for a kid to spend 5 days a week at day care. i leave home at 7am and get home around 6 - 6 30pm and my grilfriend works roughly the same hours. kids need their parents to be around, i dont think we can supply that at the moment.

we are both happy living on a healthy sum of money i.e. neither of us wants to stop work for 1 year for a child and id be happier being married before i even think about kids .
