Foo did it on the lae show with Connin Obrian.

How would you rate Foo's version, good, great, awesome, out of the world, spectacular, or craptastic?

They played the notes good for the most part, they messed up the lyrics (maybe to be funny, I don't know), and there are a couple of short pauses to find out lyrics. It's funny though.

It's a keeper for me. Overall it's a great value for a Foo Fighter lover, but if your just in it to hear the music, then you will be disapointed.

I love the Foo Fighters, I always have and I always will so I'll ask my sister to download the song for me (GA Tech Network 4 T3's :fdevil: )

…but no band that does another bands song live does it well.

Obviously you've never heard "A Change of Seasons" by Dream Theater. That CD is live (except for the first track "A Change of Seasons" 23 min. long  ). They do an absolutely brilliant cover of "Funeral for a Friend/ Love Lies Bleeding" (Elton John). Then there's "The Rover/ Achilles Last Stand/ The Song Remains the Same" for you Zeppelin fans (very well done medley). And finally , "The Big Medley" which has to be heard to be believed!!

On topic... I never really cared for Nirvana, although I have heard that Amos remake of SLTS. Not too bad.
