man that mustang pic looks like it is not quite right or did he adjust the color on his tv so it was black and white or is that what you call sepia . looks like it has been touched up .

Yeah it's pretty easy to do. Just hit the triangle button twice in photo mode to select the black and white filter, then adjust the White Balance (L2 + Up/Down) to red to get the sepia look.
