I should have been online and looking at this thread yesterday, I would have went online.
Sadly I spent the whole evening for the most part working on the Eiger Seasonal TT. I have a callus on my right thumb now from the 5 hours or so on there. I managed to get in the top 2000k in the world (I am at 1,350ish right now). I still have to change my tune to try again. I had a guy test what I was using (he is in the top 50) and he was doing exactly what I did with less than a half second in gains over me.
BTW, I am kinda proud of the time I pulled off. I was running SOLID 1:07s each lap and my best lap is 1:06.571
Hopefully today I can get a few laps in on there again. Im not sure if my wife will be game for me hogging the TV for GT again, that and even more important: Daytona 500 is this afternoon! After yesterday's Nationwide race I think I want to see how the Sprint Cup race will turn out. ~ HUGE crash last lap if you didnt see that took the ENTIRE front of the pack out. Kurt Busch moved high to block a last second pass and pinched the 2 tandem drafting into the wall sending everyone up front right back down. He took out his brother Kyle that was pushing him and none of the real leaders even got to finish.
Good times, looked like so many 650pp races I have played online. Main difference is that this crash was on the last lap, in the 650 rooms I have played it happens on turn 1 lap 1...

this happened exactly this morning.. i was racing a ZR1 vette (i wasnt going to limit a viper.. thats just cruel) and the grid was reverse leaderboard so i would ALWAYS start last (took me a while to catch on i should just run backwards until sceduled start..) and it was 1 lap of nordschleife in a room of 12. the crashing doesnt stop until the top of the mountain where it is more straight. (i manage to pass on the hill about 50sec-1 min in at that corner everyone lands too late and spins off..)Good times, looked like so many 650pp races I have played online. kinda went on a tangent there but the crashing in 650pp rooms is ridiculous

The reason the lenght is what it is now is to accommodate those with busier schedules. We wanted to give everyone sufficient time to be able to tune and brake their cars in if need be. We may take it down to a week. We're still working on deciding. I'll post info as soon as a decision has been made.
