If you check the leaderboard i submit 2 M5 times
1for the '05 and 1 for the '08 model
I played with '08 model 20minutes and then i put the same tune to '05
i made 5 passes with twicks and after 5minutes i post that time with a base susp tuning man.
I believe that i can make it under 9.920 but i have to make it first and then show it to you right????
All my tunes are 20minutes tops!!!I'm getting bored then and stop playing
I dont know if i make it but i'll tell you how much effort i put into and time actually!!!

No it's not a DLC car. In order to keep the car after borrowing it, it requires deleting all your game data (updates and DLC) and my DLC cars have tunes on them.

They are part of the speed test DLC on SSRX..
