Dragon Trail Help

[Alpha Cipher]

I saw this video in one of the threads and he was able to post a 1 min 28 second time. I want to match that time but I can't seem to do so no matter what I do. I used praiano's Suzuka tune for the beetle and with weight and power upgrades maxed. My best so far is a 1 min 30. Any suggestions to improve my time?

Looking at the video boost was definitely on in that race so I would ignore that lap time. Your lap was far better than his, with higher cornering speed at pretty much every corner expect the hairpin (20mph up at the first corner of the esses) so there is no way he did that lap without boost, would also explain why he is so far back after 5 laps yet can do a lap 8 seconds faster than everyone else.

Was in a lobby last night and host turned boost on. I withdrew at once and said sorry I don't ever play with boost on. He actually apologized and turned it back off. Rubber banding is bad enough with ai but with humans its just... Ugh

RSS, Balance of Performance ON, Lobby set to real settings, no boost no anything except abs.

Cool. That was a great lap! I've never ran the RSS at Dragon Trail, now I'd like to give a go to see if I can get close to that time.

A 1.32:9 with a DS4 and auto gears, not gonna get close to alien times but I’m ok with this Beetle time for an old fart, I use X for acceleration and square to break (old school style)
