What's the difference between D1 and DogFight rules during drift battles? and is there any other drift rules I should know?

I like going by "whoever scores the most points wins" or my favorite, "whoever crosses the finish line first."

I still prefer the Initial D ruling but that's mainly for touge/drifting courses.

Is that the same as Hot Version Togue Battle rules? Basically HV rules are: Both cars start out one Behind the other and if the front car creates space between the following car he wins, if the Following car keeps up or makes distance on the lead Car, then the trail car wins.

dogfight you must keep up and tandem or pass but only in a turn not on a straight d1 is initially more style angle etc. atleast thats what ive gotten out of the time ive been drifting on here
