Drift help

i know this is in the search part of this forum but i must know the easiest way to drft. i also need to know step by step what to do. i either crash, the drft doesn't stay lng (on manual transmission), or i spin out. i need better info than what is in gtp's wiki. i also want to know the tchnque for fr cars.
