I'm not sure, but I beleive the camber has a purpose. To assist in drifting somehow. When the wheels are straight, its unoticible, but once their turned the camber kicks in. Pretty cool actually.

Thats the caster you are referring to, not the camber, has no bearing in that picture. Without proper caster settings your wheels couldnt turn left or right
